Charge the game character from the telephone booths. Avoid contact with water or else will get electric shock. Use right/left arrow key to move forward or backward respectively. Use up arrow key to jump & hold it to have temporary jet boost. Press X to get charge from the phone booths. Press C to change the power. Press space bar to use the power.
